1 Stable and efficient data measurement

The K301S series incorporates a PID thermostatic reaction system for precise and reliable regulation of chemical reactions, along with a heating electrode for efficient sample digestion. It also features a robust data processing unit that retains over three years of historical data and supports data recovery after power outages.

Judgment of ORP titration end point

Adopting the patented ORP bridge method, the built-in ORP electrode can accurately Titration Curve ORP/mV Judge the endpoint of titration in permanganate index determination, i.e., in the reverse titration with potassium permanganate, capture the ORP jump value through the measurement of ORP, so as to accurately judge the endpoint of the reaction, and the titration curve is available for viewing.

It can avoid the turbidity of the water body to judge the reaction endpoint;

The built-in ORP electrode requires no maintenance and has a long service life;

ORP electrode adapts to acidic and alkaline environment with good chemical stability;

Avoid the phenomenon of potassium permanganate hanging on the wall in the titration process, so that the measurement is more independent and no interference with each other.

2 High-precision sample pump for quantitative delivery

The equipment utilizes a combination of a high-precision sample pump and a nine-way valves. The nine-way valves are connected to multiple inlet tubes for sample, reagent and air, and the liquid flow paths required for the reaction are switched by motor control. As a result, the quantitative analysis is more precise, the chemical reactions are more thorough, and the detection limits are lower. Additionally, the reduction in the reaction system size leads to a decreased sample requirement and lower reagent consumption.

3 Intelligent operation experience

The equipment employs intelligent range adjustment technology to automatically determine and adapt measurement parameters for water bodies, ensuring accuracy. It also features automatic quality control functions, including zero calibration with standard solutions and span calibration with standard solutions and remote sample verification, meeting national surface water operation standards. Additionally, the K301S series offers a user-friendly interface with simple instructions and intuitive displays, ensuring ease of use and improved human-machine interaction.
