AMS-300 Ultraviolet Photometric O3 Analyzer can detect O3 with low concentration (ppb level) in ambient air. It is one of the gaseous analysis instruments in the ambient air quality monitoring system. Its core module consists of a quartz absorption cell, an ultraviolet light source, and a detector. O3 molecule has characteristic absorption to ultraviolet light. After the light source emits a beam of ultraviolet light, it is absorbed by O3 in the air in the absorption cell, resulting in light intensity attenuation. Therefore, the concentration measurement can be realized by detecting the light intensity change of O3 characteristic wavelength.
